We ship within North America (Continental United States and Canada)

We offer complementary shipping for Canadian  destinations on orders above $75 dollars. All orders that are free shipped come with tracking.

If the order is received before 12:00 pm ET, it is usually packed and prepared to be shipped at the same day the order is placed. The rest of the orders are fulfilled by the next business day.  

Local Delivery 

You can pick up your order after reciving a " Ready for Pickup" notification from our flagship boutique in Bayview Village Shopping Center. 

A local pick up confirmation form has to be completed by the customer. 

For picking up your order you must have a valid photo ID. 

We ship all the orders above $75 dollars for free by FEDEX. ( Just Canadian destination)

- All  Orders Continental United States: $15 USD flat rate (Expedited shipping - With Tracking)

-   Orders under $75 Canada: $15 flat rate (Expedited shipping - With Tracking)

We offer 3 complementary samples with every product order (not samples-only orders). Sample requests can be typed into a box in checkout process. Free sample are going to be from manufacturers samples. if we ran out of manufacturers sample we will make custom samples and we label them properly for you. If we don't have the requested samples in stock at the time of order or you do not request samples we will put random samples that we think you might like based on your order. Kindly note that our complimentary sample program is exclusive to Canadian orders, as our flagship boutique is proudly based in Canada. At this time, this offering is not available for U.S. orders.
